Delivery Policy

UK delivery

We deliver across the UK. Standard UK orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

For UK deliveries, we may use Amazon Shipping, Royal Mail, Evri or another suitable courier depending on the delivery location, parcel size and courier availability.

Express delivery options may be available at checkout. The available services and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.

International delivery

We also deliver internationally where shipping is available at checkout. International delivery costs are calculated based on destination, parcel weight and courier service.

• European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Monaco: usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• United States and Canada: usually 10–14 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world: usually 14–21 working days after dispatch.

International customers are responsible for checking that the products can be legally imported into their country and for paying any customs duties, taxes, import charges or local fees that may apply.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

For UK standard delivery, please allow up to 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. It is also worth checking your tracking information, local delivery office, safe place and neighbours, as the parcel may be waiting for collection or may have been left nearby.

For express delivery, please contact us if your order has not arrived by the date shown in your confirmation or tracking information.

For international delivery, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 21 working days after dispatch.
