Meridian Organic Blackstrap Molasses is a rich, dark natural sweetener made from organically grown sugar cane.
Produced as a natural by-product of traditional sugar cane refining, blackstrap molasses is known for its deep flavour and mineral content. Meridian uses the nutritionally important third extraction, which gives blackstrap molasses its distinctive taste and naturally high levels of iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium.
Perfect for baking, marinades, sauces, porridge, smoothies and hot drinks, or simply enjoyed dissolved in water as part of your diet.
