Quest Mega B Complex with Vitamin C provides a high-potency formula combining a full spectrum of B vitamins with vitamin C.
B vitamins including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and biotin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
