Quest Acidophilus Plus provides a blend of lactobacilli cultures in delayed-release capsules, with 2 billion viable organisms per capsule.
This three-strain formula includes L. acidophilus, L. casei and L. rhamnosus. The cultures are lyophilised, encapsulated and individually sealed to help maintain stability until the end of shelf life.
The capsules use DR Caps, a delayed-release capsule shell designed to help protect sensitive bacterial cultures from stomach acid. Refrigeration is optional.
