Quest Synergistic Iron provides 15mg iron with vitamin C, B vitamins, copper and molybdenum in a balanced one-a-day formula.
Iron contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, while vitamins B2, B3, B6, B12, folate and pantothenic acid also contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
This formula uses a gentle iron amino acid blend and includes supporting nutrients designed to complement daily iron intake.
