Made in Italy using organic spelt, this fusilli has a naturally nutty, wheaty flavour and a satisfying texture that works well with a wide range of sauces. Its spiral shape holds sauces well, making it ideal for tomato sauces, vegetable sauces, pesto, baked pasta dishes, pasta salads and simple olive oil-based recipes.
