The SISSEL Pilates Roller Pro is a professional-quality Pilates roller designed for Pilates, core training, stability work, stretching and controlled conditioning exercises.

Suitable for beginners through to more advanced Pilates users, the roller can be used at home, in studios, gyms and professional exercise classes. It helps expand exercise options and can be used on its own or alongside other Pilates and fitness equipment.

This listing includes two density options: Soft Density and Firm Density.

• Soft Density – softer, more comfortable and more stable under pressure. Designed to respond more slowly than the firmer Pilates Roller Pro, making it suitable for starter classes and users who prefer extra comfort or stability.
• Firm Density – durable solid synthetic rubber roller designed for a firmer feel, professional use and shape retention compared with standard hardened foam rollers.

How to use

Use the Pilates roller on a stable, flat surface. Exercises should be performed slowly and with control. Use for Pilates movements, balance and stability exercises, stretching, mobility work and guided conditioning routines.

Care instructions
