Franklin Universal Mini Balls are soft, smooth-textured massage and exercise balls designed for self-massage, fascial release-style work, stretching, balance and movement awareness.

Used as part of Franklin Method training or general mobility routines, these small 7cm balls can help add sensory feedback during exercises and controlled movement work. Their soft texture makes them comfortable to use under the feet, hands, shoulders, back or other suitable areas.

Each ball is pre-inflated and includes an adjustable valve, allowing the pressure to be changed if required. A needle pump is available separately.

How to use

Use the balls on a stable surface and apply gentle pressure. They can be used under the feet, hands, shoulders, back or other suitable areas as part of self-massage, stretching, balance or movement awareness routines.

Start with light pressure and slow, controlled movements. Adjust the pressure through the valve if required.
