Fish4Ever Scottish Kippers are smoked herring fillets packed in organic rapeseed oil with a touch of salt.
Kippers are herring that have been split and smoked, giving them a rich savoury flavour and classic smoky taste. These herring are caught by Scottish boats north of Scotland towards Shetland and Faroes, landed in Peterhead, UK, and packed in Latvia.
Ready to eat and high in omega 3, they are ideal for quick lunches, salads, toast, eggs, grains or simple savoury meals.
