Fish4Ever Smoked Sprats in Organic Olive Oil are delicate smoked sprats packed in organic extra virgin olive oil with a touch of salt.
Sprats are small, tender fish, mid-size between anchovies and sardines, with a rich savoury flavour and light smoky taste. These sprats are responsibly fished by local boats in the Baltic Sea and produced in Latvia.
Ready to eat and high in omega 3, they are ideal for quick lunches, salads, toast, eggs, grains, pasta or simple savoury meals.
