Marigold Engevita Vitamin D & B12 Yeast Flakes are dried inactive nutritional yeast flakes with a naturally savoury, cheesy flavour.
This boosted Engevita blend contains vitamin D yeast, added B-complex vitamins including B12, and zinc. It is vegan, gluten free and ready to sprinkle over everyday meals as a cheese-style topping.
Use on pasta, soups, salads, jacket potatoes, roasted vegetables, popcorn, sauces, gravies and savoury dishes for extra flavour.
