Fish4Ever Cantabrian Anchovy Fillets are hand-prepared anchovy fillets packed in cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil.
These fine anchovy fillets are salted for around 6 months in hand-harvested Trapani sea salt, then packed into glass jars with organic extra virgin olive oil. They have a rich, savoury flavour and are ideal for adding depth to everyday cooking.
Perfect for salads, pasta, pizza, bruschetta, sauces, dressings, tapas and Mediterranean-style dishes.
